Things I'm Loving Lately: Fall Favorites

Things I’m Loving Lately: Fall Favorites

Today, along with 10 blogging friends, I am sharing my ideas for the What I’m Loving Lately: Fall Favorites blog hop!

I have a list of 8 things that I am currently loving on for fall home decor and hopefully you will find a thing or two that you would like to add to your home. When you are done with my list, be sure to check out the other ladies too!

No 1- Furniture that I’m loving:

The Linen Julian Chair from Anthropologie

Seriously, need I say more? This linen chair is not only dreamy, but it’s perfection for more than a few spaces in my house. I’ll put it on my Christmas wish list.

No 2- Throws that I’m loving:

Vintage Linen and Luxe Faux Fur Throws from Restoration Hardware

Ahh faux fur! The only fur that you will ever find in my house that is not attached to a living animal. These are so amazing. I fell in love with them last year, and then kicked myself for not buying one. I won’t be making the same mistake this year.

And aren’t the linen throws just beautiful in the rich neutrals? If you are like me, you can never have too many throw blankets in the fall.

No 3- Things that I don’t need but am loving:

Gold Plant Trays from Terrain.

I am crazy about these in gold!  I want them to put on a table filled with fall pine cones, berries and candles. Or put them on shelves, or window sills…

No 4- Pillows that I’m loving:

I recently cleaned out my decorative pillow closet (yes, that’s a thing) and filled 3 large black trash bags with pillows to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Yup. 3 large bags. It was too much.

The great thing about buying only the pillow covers, like these pretty ones from Pottery Barn (rather than buying an entire pillow) is that you can reuse your inserts that you already have and then you just have to fold up and store the covers.

No 5- Wreaths that I’m loving:

Bay Leaf Wreaths from Williams- Sonoma

I bought two of these, one with a burlap hanging ribbon and one without. They ship fresh, you just pick the date window you would like it delivered. They are so simple and pretty, plus I hear that you can use the leaves for cooking. Too bad I don’t cook.

No 6- Scents that I’m burning:

To me, there is nothing better in the fall than a yummy seasonal candle. This year, I am loving these Pumpkin Soy Candles from Terrain. They smell amazing and make the house feel so cozy.

Also, when you have 5 dogs, it’s good to have a candle or 3.

No 7-  Serving things:

I am really into serving boards lately, like these Mango Wood Round Serving Boards from Sur La Table. Not only are they practical to serve food on, they are so pretty that you don’t have to hide them in a cabinet when they aren’t being used. It’s a win-win.

And finally,

No 8- Wall Things

What’s fall with out a good deer head like Gilbert from Painted Fox?

Deer heads are still really popular these days and Gilbert is so quirky and adorable that he is hard to pass up! Metal_Deer_Head_Farmhouse_Wall_Mount

There you have it!

Those are the 8 things that I am really loving this fall! Thanks for joining me, I hope that you found some great ideas. And better yet, some blogging friends of mine are joining in too! Check out what they are loving this month!

  1. FUN!!! I love those gold planter trays and that deer head is awesome. I’m glad they are still in even though my deer “lost his head” a couple of years ago. I haven’t found the right one to replace him… RIP Sebastian. lol Thanks for sharing at The Creative Circle.
